Merry Christmas from our farm to you!

It's been an abnormal November/December on the farm this year. It took us longer than expected to finish harvest. This was due to some weather delays. We love getting rain, but a muddy field is not ideal for harvest. However, we celebrated big this week when we did get the final cannas out of the field and safely into our warm barns! It is such a relief to know that our crop is stored safely.

If you're interested in learning more about how we harvest our crop, check out our YouTube video, we'll explain each step of the process!

Now that harvest is complete we will move to the trimming stage of production. We wash and sort the bulbs a second time, trim off any excess stalk, count them, and then take an inventory. The inventory is how we decide the availability for the spring season. On that subject, the Spring 2023 catalog is on its way to the printer and will mail in January! (We included a cover sneak peek below!) If you have ordered from us before, you are already on the mailing list. If you are new to our family business and would like a catalog, please send us your mailing address through our contact page.

Pre-orders for Spring 2023 are available. We also have E-gift cards, a fun and unique Christmas gift that will continue giving for years to come.

Dustin, Nikki, my siblings, our crew, and I send warm Christmas wishes to you and your loved ones. We close 2022 with much to be thankful for and much to look forward to in 2023. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you this year!
