Free shipping on all orders of $99 or more!

All of our products are quality checked and packaged by hand specifically for your order.

There is a $9.95 flat rate shipping charge for all orders less than $99.

Horn Canna Farms strives to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. We use all major carriers, choosing the best carrier option at the time of shipment. Once your order leaves our facility, they will typically take 2-4 days in transit before delivery. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please see our shipping schedule below for each season:

  • SPRING BULB ORDERS: Spring bulb orders will begin shipping in mid to late February and will continue throughout the entire planting season. During the colder months, we will only ship early in the week to guarantee your items will arrive on or before Friday and do not sit on a shipping dock over the weekend. We begin to ship daily when the weather warms, typically in March.
  • SPRING LIVE PLANTS: Spring live plant orders will begin in early April and will continue shipping throughout the season. We will begin shipping to warmer climates first in the order received.
  • FALL BULB ORDERS: Fall orders will begin shipping early October, prioritizing colder climates first to ensure items are planted before the ground is frozen.
  • WINTER BULB ORDERS: Winter orders will begin shipping mid-November. During colder weather, we will only ship early in the week to guarantee your items arrive to you on or before a weekend, avoiding being on a loading dock over the weekend.
  • GIFTS, HOUSEPLANTS, HARDGOODS: In stock gifts, houseplants and hardgoods will ship year round within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. These items will ship separately from any in stock plants or bulbs on your order.

Please contact us by email or phone if you have a specific ship date request and we will be more than happy to accommodate your request if possible! Horn Canna Farms ships within the 48 lower, continental states. Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

We guarantee all items will be healthy, of good quality, and true to name. All orders are quality checked at the time of shipment. Growing Guides are available on our website. If items are planted according to the directions, and you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to work with you on finding a solution. As gardeners are aware, there are many factors that aid in the success of a plant growing. These include but are not limited to poor weather, planting outside of recommended conditions, improper planting techniques, water/sunlight needs, location, timing, storing techniques, etc. These factors are out of our control and cannot be covered under our Grow Guarantee. Please see our policies below:

  • Poor Condition: If you are concerned with the condition of the items in your order upon delivery, please notify us within 5 business days with images for us to review. If items are not viable, we will be happy to replace if in stock or refund if they are no longer available.
  • Failure to Grow: All bulbs are guaranteed for the first growing season (see below for details). If items do not perform as expected during the first growing season, please reach out to us. Our team will work to help determine possible causes of the items failing to grow. During the investigation, we may ask you to submit planting techniques and/or images. If the cause of failure to grow is outside of the customers control, Horn Canna Farms will issue a store credit in the amount paid for the items. Live Plants and Houseplants are guaranteed to arrive viable and in good condition. Once planted, we are not able to extend any guarantee to the performance after delivery due to individual care requirements. If they arrive in poor condition, please submit images within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
  • Growing Wrong: Although uncommon, it is possible, due to human error, that an item may be mislabeled during packaging. If you have received an item that is not true to the item you ordered, please contact us with images of what you did receive. Submitting images is a key factor in helping to correct any future errors. Once images are received and reviewed, a refund will be submitted back to the original form of payment.
  • Growing Season: Spring items are guaranteed from February through October of the first year they are planted. Fall and Winter items are guaranteed September through June of the following calendar year of the first year they are planted. Any concerns submitted outside of the timeline stated will no longer be covered under our Grow Guarantee.
