Refund policy

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If you find shortages, damage, or any issues with your order, contact us within five business days of delivery so we can assist.

We guarantee bulbs to arrive in good condition. Because growth and bloom depend on weather, planting, and other factors outside our control, we cannot promise crop performance after delivery. Open and check bulbs immediately upon unpacking.

Claims must be submitted within seven days of receipt. All bulbs are sold subject to current availability by variety and size. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Returns must be in original condition and received within ten business days of delivery. If you are returning items due to a change of mind, you are responsible for purchasing the return label, and the return must be postmarked within ten days of the delivery date.
