We celebrated a milestone on the farm last week! It has been 30 years since Dustin officially joined the farm as a full-time employee. We are thankful for and proud of him for all his hard work, which truly began many years before he was ever listed on the payroll.

Dustin grew up eight miles from the farm and played a role in the business from the time he was a kid through high school. He was driving tractors, hoeing weeds in the field, and helping with harvest. After high school, Dustin moved about an hour away to go to college. While completing his degree he met and fell in love with Nikki. Dustin worked an office job right out of college, but eventually, his parents needed his help on the farm. In the 30 years since then, Dustin has helped bring our website into existence, modified several of our large pieces of field equipment, spent many hours on the phone with customers, even more hours behind the wheel of a tractor, and shipped countless boxes of cannas. Even more important than his role as a small business owner, he is Nikki's devoted husband and loving father of five.

We are thankful for Dustin's innovative ideas, leadership, and servant's heart (sometimes we are even glad to hear his dad jokes). Join us in congratulating him on his accomplishments!
